Monitor, control, and support every individual during the global public health crisis from a single recognized direction.
Elaboration
It has happened frequently in the last few decades, like sars (2002), mers (2012), ebola (2014), Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and other pandemics. If we think of an adequate centralized information and data source, we should feel about it globally, not only in the context of any particular country. That’s why we want ‘World Health Organization (WHO)’ to build an app to help individuals in any crisis correctly identify their problems and cure themselves by solving their needs.
As we have seen, billions of people worldwide are concerned about their health and other people’s health. An applied central effective governance presence is necessary when a global health crisis occurs, and everyone is affected. They will actively guide global citizens through all-time step-ahead procedures to fight against any situation. This process can only happen if most individuals have access to access all information about their lifestyle.
We need a centralized, accessible hub for every health worker, decision-maker, public health official, health provider, and crisis victim for universal health coverage. At that thought and from our responsibilities to society, we should consider an application for global impact.
This app should have a few basic features due to the current pandemic demands and can focus on continuous improvement in every global public health crisis. Every recognized global telecommunication system and operating system platform should adopt it as a built-in feature in their approach. WHO, holding 194 member states as of 2021, can take this initiative globally at our concern.
Key Functionality and Requirements
1. It would be an easy interface with standard language support for the general people worldwide.
2. There will be a link-up for every country’s “national health central” (CDC — USA).
3. There can be a section for “myth busters” for general people to justify any hoax.
4. We can use a section linked with “foreign embassy help-contact” for anyone living abroad.
5. “Common contagion precaution” tab for general people.
6. “A specific price chart” from government authorities for necessary goods during the crisis period.
7. A google map integration for surroundings “pandemic/disease test center.”
8. FAQ answered by a specialist.
9. Live update API around the globe.
10. A ‘HOW TO’ section for every query.
11. Medical database for individuals.
12. Risk zone alert for movement. (Ex: Different government tracks citizens using apps)
13. Positive Vibe (Ex: CNN everyday heroes)
14. Uses of PPE (Personal protective equipment for current type of health crisis)
15. Voluntary training regarding testing and vaccination
16. Self-Pandemic Check/Test (for current type of health crisis)
17. How to prevent the spread of pandemics?
